Week 8 was up and down for me. I was looking at a good profit going into the primetime games and feeling confident. If you would have told me that the Denver Broncos defense would hold Drew Brees to just over 200 yards passing, I would have thought you were crazy. I fully expected this game to be a shootout, but only Peyton Manning would find his groove. This dropped my winnings by 3.3 units. I was able to gain 1 unit back on MNF when the 49ers proved they are one of the top teams in the NFL. Profitable week, can't complain.

What I learned:
 - Stafford is improving... maybe... He looked pretty good against a tough Seahawks defense.
 - Trent Richardson is fully recovered from the rib injury and continues to bulldoze anyone in his path.
 - Packers are up and down. Close game against the Jaguars without MJD at Lambeau.
 - Sanchez and Vick are on the hot seat. Romo isn't far behind. Give Tebow the starting job already. Why else did they bring him to NY?
 - RGIII is the real deal... if his receivers could catch.
 - Saints D is bad. Nothing new there.

That's all for this week!
